Date And Time Of Death: 13th June 2024 6:00 P.M. (after short illness since 3rd June 2024)

Cause of death: Unknown

Age: 6 months+

Thank you Chahchee for coming into my life. If only we could have spent more fun and time together. 6 months is just too short.

Symptoms of illness:

• 3 days of fever begining 3rd June 2024.
• Dark yellow urine. Frequency of urination - about twice per day, sometimes three.
• Very firm around the lower rib cage; even a slight bulge, maybe.
• Frequently sits near water dish, taking 3 or 4 licks. Not eating but force fed with pasturised cow's milk and wet cat food (combination is about 1 teaspoon) about 3 times per day.
• Always in sitting position. Crouching only beginning 10th June 2024, and lying down only beginning 11th June 2024. Eyes are always opened.
• Sudden loss in weight looking very anorexic, turning to skin and bones around 6th June 2024.
• Appears to have breathing difficulty beginning 7th or 8th June (where body will tremble when taking in his breath), getting worse towards the end.
